Can't remember what the Classic retailed for. Didn't buy the two I have until ProVape started their price reduction sales. Paid $69 for one and $39 for another that was supposed to be a blem I ordered but they were out of blems by the time my order came up and they sent me a first run one for blem price. I like the simplier menu of the classic and it just vapes so dang good. Use them mainly in 18350 and occasionally 18490. (max 15W)
EDIT: E mentioned a firmware upgrade for the Classic in another thread elsewhere and while I didn't comment ... I'm not aware of a firmware upgrade ever offered for the Classic.
It was listed on ProVapes site back in the day, would have happened long before you got yours. The Classic was like a red headed step child, they did a soft release without any fanfare, it was brought up in the ProVape sub forum by one of the members here, who just happened to notice them come along, I believe his username was Garemlin. My favorite ProVari, right behind the Radius.

The Joyetech Cubis Pro is a good tank and has an rda or rba.Shopping around for black tanks to go with my new (should be here Monday) black ProVari Mini. I'd like to stick with a tank that takes a Nautilus 1.8ohm coil.
- Kabuki and Vika Fantasy: Only black ones I've found were clones and they are shown as discontinued/out of stock on both 3F and FT.
- Don't particularly care for the looks of the Nautilus2. Looks GREAT when other people use it. Just not for me if you know what I mean.
SOooo ... I'm thinking about, well what about an RTA?
- I like simple tanks ... VERY simple tanks. See Kabuki and Vika above. And why I like the Doggystyle single coil RTA.
- Doggystyle doesn't come in black.
And go ~~~
