On the subject of my misbehaving Radius:
I took a pair of Samsung 30Qs that I use for my Paranormal, I have two sets and they have only been used three times and put one in the Radius and another in my P3. Using two new 1.6Ω coils in two Kabukies. (sp.?
) To take the configuration to it's illogical conclusion, I filled both tanks with the same juice! The Radius drained the battery at 190 puffs and the P3 is still going strong at 390 puffs and 42% battery. Since Provari Bill is no longer doing overseas repairs I have replaced the Radius with an Armour Pro (with a 21700), put an extension on my Prime and I'm a happy tootle puffer.

I am sorry to hear about your Radius, I know it is only a matter of time before mine need repair, or replacement.

I'm half thinking of keeping it for flavour testing.
Took an 18 mile ride on the trail today, it was rather warm in the sunny parts. Had a very unusual wildlife encounter. I was pedaling along a big field where the hay had been recently cut and left to dry, and there were a bunch of vultures in this field. One of them took off when I was about fifty yards away, beating its wings in a climbing corkscrew pattern, when I arrived to the place where it took off from it crossed the fence and flew directly in front of me missing me by just a few feet, at face level...this was a very unnerving encounter as I did not trust this large bird, and I was moving along at a good pace, with my feet locked to the pedals with cleats. Dem be some big ugly birds up close like that!
If you can get it stateside with someone you place a little trust in, it could make its way to the Bill the Repair Guys hands...

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'm off to bed now and I'll mull it over. I've got a busy week ahead and then preparing for a three week trip so I won't make a descision yet even though I only have five working mods on my desk. Three with Kabukies and two with RTAs. Life Get's Tedious, Don't It.

I bought two old bikes today on Craigslist for a total of $95. I hold you responsible for rekindling this itch! Good thing we don't need any vape supplies at all for a long time to come - I might not be done. I might also need to use our vaping savings as justification for my wife. The second bike brought the universal symbol of disapproval
A bike isn't as easy to tuck away as a dozen ProVaris, that's for sure.

I love it! I've got three bikes now in riding condition, all used, and in need of some TLC when they came to me, and a fourth, a Raleigh twelve speed that had a tweeked frame. I hammered the frame back to shape and need to make a tool to check and straitening the derailleur hanger portion, before rebuilding that one...or maybe finding an old school Fuji frame from that era...my true wish... I have been riding a LOT, and have shed about fifty pounds since I began this new chapter of my life....it is a happy and enjoyable chapter, and I share it with my wife, when I ride with her, that ride is all about her and the comfort and ability where she is at. I'm really OK with just going along for the ride to be on the trail with her, I've got all the time in the world to ride my own ride.
Good on you for taking the plunge! All the best to you, and hope you have at least half as much fun or more than I have encountered, it's all good stuff!
