If you end up taking her back to the vet, you might ask about some SubQ fluids and whether they could give her an antibiotic injection in case she isn't eating the food with the pills mixed in. It's more expensive for the shots, but at least you know the meds are all in her and not spit out in some dark corner of the house. There is something magical about the fluids when they are feeling poorly.

My cats were always feeling a lot better after getting the rotten teeth and abscesses cleaned out. When I had stitches in my mouth, I was always miserable until they were finally removed, so YMMV.
I decided to bring her in today, she got the sub-Q, and an antibiotic shot, she was dehydrated and with fever...funny how fast they bounce back with that sub dermal fluid, like night and day difference :)

We're pullin' for ya Stella! Maybe it's a good weekend to snuggle up and watch movies...

It sounds like taking her back in was the right thing for her. I hope she's feeling better and willing to eat again. C'mon Stella, I'm sending you the healing mojo!

I've got an old lady cat here that goes in every Saturday for her weekly "beer" whether she wants it or not. I nearly lost her to kidney failure in January, but the fluids seem to be keeping her from crashing again.

Took Steel to Puppy Kindergarten today and found out he was born on Friday The 13th in July!

Jake is Steel's Dad. He is the brown one on our right. Callie is Steel's Mom. She is the black on our left. Bella is his Grandmother in the middle.

So, I'm confused when you said "on our right." Who are the "our"?
Are you the stunning girl, are you the tree?

Our right - us looking at the pic, or the pic's left. Callie, the black one, is actually on the right but to people looking at the pic, she is on our left.
The girl in the pic is the daughter of the people who sold us Steel. She works at the vet where Steel goes. Her Mom is the one helping us with puppy kindergarten. We like taking Steel there as he gets to see his family. Not pictured is his Sister, Molly. She is something else, really puts him in his place! Lol
EDIT: Molly is his TWIN sister (same litter).

I been down this road before...better to try and get ahead of the curve when things seem to be going wrong, she's a good girl and has a lot of fight in her, and when she seems really low, there is something really wrong. I suspect that the dental procedure released a lot of bacteria into her system, and that is why the fever, lethargy etc., the doc. Did not charge me for the antibiotic injection or the office visit, the only charge was for the sub cutaneous fluid injection. I think this vet might be a keeper...

It does sound like you found a good vet. You get bonus points that they are close to home. :thumb:
