proof positive...

we can live forever!!!

I am mostly amazed that Keith Richards still walks this earth.

I got to see the Stones twice when they were at the top of their game. The second time, through a quirk of circumstances I got seats in the 7th row back. So the news of Mick's medical issues is a bit surprising (other than at his age) because it was one of the most athletic performances I've ever seen. Even more so than James Brown.

But Brown had a great shtick. Late in the concert, he'd fall to his knees in "exhaustion". The roadies would rush out, throw a satin robe over the collapsed figure, help him to his feet, and support him on each side as he took halting/shuffling steps off the stage. But just as they reached the part where he would have passed out of sight he'd throw off the robe and dash back into the spotlight. Gold, I tell you. Pure gold.

both ends of the spectrum... Covered!

This one was by far the better of the 2 reviews, seeing the full breakdown was helpful. :) Though I have a vague memory of being able to adjust the 510, so you could change where the button and screen are located. Your picture shows them where I would want them anyway, I just kind of like to know all can about a new to me devise. :|

saw the Stones play in Toronto at the RPM Club in 1994... tickets were $5, first come first serve and then had to wait 8 hours in the sun to get in (it was 90+ degrees outside). Jeff Healy opened up and also played Al Green's "I can't get next to you" on the Stones encore.

Truly a magical evening and still the greatest performance I've ever seen.
