Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers
Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?
It is UV curable Ink. Same stuff the pros use. You would print out the solder mask page in the PDF on some transparencies put you ink on then line up the transparencies. Then hit it with some UV light. Not too many home board makers go to the trouble. Turned out to be harder then i thought it was going to be but i am close to getting it perfected. I made this Uv led board to cure the ink with a 100 bright UV lights ($ 4.88 for a 100) . UV ink in small batches is pretty much a ship from china thing. I could only find it by the gallon here in the states. IF you enjoy making your own boards it might be worth it to you to get a set up going. I went the cheap way with the LED's but they do work pretty well. I will throw in some links to the stuff if your interested.

I can't believe there is not a single US based soul that sells small quantities of UV Curable solder mask. It seems like it would be a heck of an opportunity for someone to make some money. Even if the stuff cost $700 per gallon a person would clear $3k per gallon selling 10cc for 10 bucks on ebay.
I'm going to make this one:

I was able to grab some 20 gauge mil spec wire from my fathers office today. This stuff is great. The coating dose not melt from the solder iron, even when I took a bic lighter to it. It did not even catch fire or degrade at all.
Much better then the radio shack stuff I was using.
Well did you grab enough for all of us?
OK just so no one gets confused. The 82k that gives me 4.5 v is with NO diode and NO load.
No high voltage. fixed at 4.5 (unloaded). The resistor is between pin 3 and 4. that's not where the spec sheet says to put it. It is there so the chip will go below 5 volts.
There is a resistor chart ( somewhere in here) for what voltage you will get but it is for those using an output diode. You don't need it, it is only there to drop the voltage by about .4v and they do take up a lot of real estate.
Thanks Gummy. I thought you might have been working with the PCB java designed.

So you leave pin 1 to pin 3 open no pot or resistor and just slap a 82K between pins 3 & 4 and that gives you 4.5 volts?
