I think over the past week or so I've been pulling too hard on my ego. My chest muscles hurt. Kinda like a pulled or strained muscle. After searching and reading a few threads here, I've really tried to take easy pulls and it is just as easy to get a good hit. I know I'm an idiot, but this ever happen to anyone else? Almost a month, you would think I would have this vaping thing down by now

Are you sure that you aren't feeling a bit of the healing taking place in the lungs? Or, maybe it's related to some other activity you been doing? I am trying to imagine sucking on my PV so hard that I could strain chest muscles. If that is the case, then you would need to check why your air flow was so tight.

I've noticed a little soreness in my chest too,I've only been vaping for about 3 weeks now.I've just figured it was like trouble2k stated and it was the change from 2 packs a day to about 1/2 a pack a day the first day.I've noticed i puff on mine almost constantly too tho,so that might be part of my problem also, making a conscious effort to stop that.
As PKZap27 says, just to be safe check with your doc,I did.

Are you inhaling directly into your lungs, or vaping like people usually smoke, drawing it into your mouth until you get a mouthful then inhaling that? I do the latter.

Also, you don't have to pull that hard... just pull slower. My draws take about four or five seconds to complete. I get better flavor and more vapor that way. If the draw is still too hard, try unscrewing the cone a half turn. One of the things I really like about the eGo is that you can adjust the draw by adjusting how tightly the cone is screwed on. Some juice are better to me with a loose draw, some better with a tight one.
