ECF members in European countries have posted that they order successfully from the UK, and receive their supplies quickly. I tried to quickly research vaping laws in Finland, and I don't see anything unusual there.

As long as you have internet in your forest cottage, you'll have some research to do. Most sellers of vape supplies will have a link at the bottom of the home page, about their shipping policies.

You're being very wise to stock up on nicotine before it gets banned everywhere.
