Hmm, I'm not sure if it's the same as Flash or not: Sigaretta Elettronica :: FLASH E liquido - Dettaglio del prodotto - FlavourArt - La sartoria degli aromi I noticed the UK site mentions it's not for use in plastic tanks, but the Italian site doesn't mention that. Probably two names for the same thing, huh?

Has anyone here used either one?
maybe the same--its a little strange also that the Uk site does not have all of the flavors that are on the it site--like pomegranite for example
the bottles i have are in italian language so they are not repackaging

what goes good with FA mandarin? Im thinking vienna cream and....?

A 2:1 ratio of Mandarin:Vienna tastes a lot like a Creamsicle, really tasty. A little Lemon Sicily makes it sweeter and brightens the tangerine more - but it's delicious even without that.

Mandarin tastes more interesting to me than plain Orange, so I usually reach for it first. I like to pair it with lime (easy on the lime) and another brand's ginger ale or mountain dew flavor. I use Mandarin most often paired with a nut flavor in Torrone, and in cocktail flavors in place of orange liqueurs.

So I was vaping Maple Cream Cookies, my favorite mix in a long time (post #376 in this thread), and I added the very least amount possible of Espresso flavoring right into my tank. Ohhhhh yeah, mmmm-hmmm! It's like I have a pile of Trader Joe's maple cream cookies, dunking them in coffee. That's it - I have found my dream flavor.

One note on the recipe - it's better fresh than steeped. All the better, IMO. Any bets how long I can go vaping only Dunked Maple Cream Cookies before I switch to something else for a while? lol!

just for fun how about flavor art fails ...... I know it hard lol but what kind of junk have you come up with when you knew it was going to be the perfect recipe.... I made one I was sure that was for sure going to be hit. had just got my torrone in and i didnt want to wait to try it alone because 4 minutes seemed so long at the time lol. anyways did 3% torrone 2% black cherry and 1% almond and labeled it black cherry torrone. holy cow man to me that torrone is suuuuuuuper strong. I gave it my best whirl to vape it . really quickly I dumped my tank back in the bottle and scratched out black cherry torrone and wrote black death on it lol.. someone might like it but way to much for me. still havent re visited the torrone lol. bet some espresso can jazz it up. espresso makes everything good. :vapor:

FA fails... well, most of their tobacco flavours don't please me much!

I've been vaping the torrone on it's own at 4% for the past few days, I find it very nice! (swapping between that and my latest addiction - banana cookie). First time I mixed torrone though, it seemed too sweet and I didn't care for it much. That was just a small quick tester mix, and I didn't pay much attention to the %... could've been anything between 3 and 5%, but probably at the lower end.

Banana (5%) Cookie (2%)... how long can I vape this before getting bored?! Just in case that happens, I've ordered some almond and honey (both inawera... will order some FA next week most likely) to mix it up a little :D

That's too bad, I've really been enjoying them. Have you let them steep? They change a lot while maturing.

Mostly my experience with them is with pre-mixed, before I got into DIY. I found the Virginia OK, and bought some of the flavour... which might need to steep for a looong time before I'd vape it! No idea what else goes into their pre-mixed though. Somehow they all seem to share a signature, that I simply don't like... not sure what it is, a vaguely oily/perfumey/hollow taste...?

I think it may well just be my personal tastes though :)

I've ordered a few of the Inawera tobacco flavours to try, I think they might be more to my taste. Already have the TA Virginia and like that... nice and dirty!

Yeah, some of the ones I've tried are kinda 'clean'. Like other FA flavors, they almost seem as if they are intended to be mixed with other flavors.

I found this to be really good advise for Virginia >
Try 2%-2.5% FA Virginia; .33%-.5% FA Cocoa or Espresso (it NEEDS a bass note, imo), and wee-tiny-untasteable splash of a mellow FA fruit. You're welcome! :::grin:::

My favorite lately(this seems to change daily) is the Burley @ 2% it's good, to me, all by itself.

Have you tried adding a bit of Tiramisu to VA? It might enhance the flavor a bit. I also find some of FA tobaccos to be too light/clean. They include VA and Royal. Great taste but a bit too week. And raising the % has not helped at all... But their 7leaves is my absolute favorite. It's a mixture of 7 Tobacco flavors with a realistic cigarette taste. But it needs a looong steep - nearly 6weeks !!! 2% does the job for me. All I need now is to find two more favorites and I will rest easy.

Dark Vapur, LOL, I'm still not sure I'll ever go there. If you haven't totally given up on the tobaccos give the Burley or maybe Cowboy a try, both are good mellow vapes Burley being a little sweeter.

Yeah, Tiramisu with a touch of cherry is pretty good. I like 7leaves pretty well just haven't been drawn to it much. I also want to try the Royal and Maxx as I've heard good things about them. When the mood strikes Desert Ship is awesome it's much different than the other tobaccos that I have.

Thanks for digging that out! I've got cocoa and expresso on my list already, so I'll try that recipe (and steep it) before I totally give up on it.

The description for Burley notes "floral undertones"... not sure if I'll like that, maybe that's the 'signature' I don't like?
