PureSmoke E Cigarettes

When I joined this forum I was sharing some of my fumbles with ecigarettes, but I'm really enjoying the experience now. I wasn't sure if PureSmoke ecigarettes would work out for me or not.

I decided to stick with the PureSmoke system, despite the kinks I had to work around. Actually, they were my own errors that were leading to the problems I experienced. i.e., long extended draws on the atomizers burned them up.
flooding the atomizer with liquid,
some basic maintenance, etc. prevents the problems.
I had one experience where I couldn't get the atomizers to heat, that was fixed by changing the cartridge.

I am keeping a journal / diary of the experience and thought I'd share. That includes how long an atomizer will endure heavy refilling / wear/ tear, even photos of the atomizers close up.

I'm very happy with the system now figuring out some of the peculiarities. One thing I really do like about the PureSmoke system, is that it doesn't leak. I've read some on the forum saying that their systems leak fluid, which doesn't sound much like fun. I've read other advice on how to clean an atomizer. Now that I've learned better how to work with the PureSmoke system. It's working great. Definately costs far less than tobacco cigarettes and produces a heavy tasteful, vapor.

A newbie could mess up any system, so all my questions were unfair if it reflected on the PureSmoke system. Its a wonderful system. I'll swear by it.

Is it Puresmoke or Puresmoker system?

PureSmoke, based in San Jose, California.

They're being marketed by the TRO (tobacco Road Outlet) tobacco chain in North Carolina. That's what affected my decision to purchase and try the system, in the first place.

I got ripped off online, by "Smoking Everywhere" and waiting for them to refund my money. =(
Really, they have a banner, that says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed," and legally that equates to a Judge ordering 100% of the purchase price refunded if you're not satisfied but instead, the con-artists sent their junk (which wouldn't even charge in the wall outlet, or my USB port) with an invoice that Ohhhh, says "No Refunds!" Why didn't the thieves put that disclaimer on their home page instead of that lie of 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed? Seriously, in court, what "Smoking Everywhere" is doing would stand for a class-action lawsuit. Its fraudulent advertising.

I'll never buy anything online again, unless its Better Business Bureau or FDA Registered, or being marketed through a chain store, like N-Joye and PureSmoke ecigarettes are available in TRO(Tobacco Road Outlet, North Carolina) or Kangaroo convenience stores are selling the N-Joye system.

I do purchase Johnson Creek liquid, only because I read good reviews, and saw they're FDA and BBB registered.

No more online rip-offs.

TRO wouldn't sold PureSmoke system unless it were good. The problems with it were mistakes I was making. I've learned since, how to properly maintain it, and it doesn't leak (first and foremost), it produces heavy vapor and the taste of the vapor is wonderful.

The Puresmoke was my first e-cig and I was pretty happy with it. Works like a champ, not a single problem with it. Nice to be able to get it and carts/atty at the local smoke shop.
Since I wanted something with flavors other than tobacco, I made the Smoking Everywhere mistake too....like many, many others. I'm not holding my breath for a refund.
Did some thorough investigating before my next purchase and it paid off quite well. Ended up the the Vapor King from V4L. Great products and exceptional customer service.
Are you refilling the Puresmoke cartridges?

Bottom line is, you always will pay more in a retail brick and mortar setting.. You will not always get a better product. To think otherwise would be naive. Happy vaping!

Not true. PureSmoke Starter kits at TRO are about 35 bucks. Packs of 10 Cartridges at about 15 (17 with tax) and they come automatic with a free atomizer packed inside each box. A deal that online shopping couldn't beat.

BTW, I just got a "followup call" from Smoking Everywhere, and told them its time for a class-action lawsuit, with their fraudulent advertising

"100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" but comes with an invoice "No Refunds!"

The parasite hung up on me.

They've been spamming my email address endlessly, and advertising the same lies, about Satisfaction Guaranteed.

I hope the parasites are permanently put out of business, so they can never rip off anyone again.

Tobacco Road Outlet seems to be only located throughout the state of NC, so they're convenient and local. Yeah, its easy to get the individual parts, but batteries are still going strong, my atomizers are lasting since I've been taking care of them properly...

Yup, refilling thru syringe.. I vape around the clock. HEAVY-DUTY refilling. The PureSmoke company told me that the stuff isn't intended for refilling, but the equipment is working great doing heavy refilling, that's all that matters to me. It's convenient, cheap... produces kick *** vapor, and looks and feels like a real cigarette so its all I need.

I'm waiting for the day that big chain stores like Lowes Food, Giant (West Coast), Wal-Mart, The Pantry (already do stock one brand), etc etc is stocking all the good, quality e-cigarettes, and seeing brands like Marlboro (traditional cigs) fade into the past, forgotten and people no longer buying the cancer nails.

It's too bad that you have given up on the internet vendors because alot of them are just the best people you could possibly deal with , that want nothing more than to make you happy. Not to mention you are going to miss out on some of the best tasting liquids with your new found policy. I guess you could live on Johnson Creek if you had to but I'm glad I don't have to. There is a saying , "you get more flys with honey" , if you are waiting for a refund from a company that is less than honorable and at the same time you are calling them with threats of a lawsuit? I would have to say , that is not the brightest way to get your money back. Did you expect them not to hang up on you?

Believe me, even the most patient person in the world couldn't deal with the people at Smoking Everywhere without losing their cool.....bunch of rip offs. No one will ever see refund out of them, so why not blow off some steam...probably the only satisfaction we'll get!

something goes wrong and people scream LAWSUIT... wow and people wonder why america is messed up... Hell some people are even scared to open up business's because of these kind of things.... i have heard bad things about smoking everywhere. But dealing with people like "MyfreedomSmokes" out of charlotte NC, and "MadVapes" out of Charlotte NC they are good peoples. Chris will go out of his way to help you with what ever you needed or needed to be fixed. Same with Madvapes.

something goes wrong and people scream LAWSUIT... .

It's "Smoking Everywhere" one of the biggest scams on the internet and its giving the whole electronic cigarette industry a bad rep.

I said LAWSUIT, because after they've ripped off thousands or more people, its about time somebody did something. It'll send the CRIMINALS packing. Right now, the FDA isn't regulating the industry, but they will be. Soon enough, FDA is going to regulate the market, when some cheap crap gets marketed and poisons and kills somebody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Smoking Everywhere's SCAM. Ripping people off charging THREE and FOUR TIMES the actual worth (i.e., up to 160 and 200 dollars... they're insane... and for what? CRAP that doesn't even charge as soon as I opened up the box. It's GARBAGE. Read it on the web, "Smoking Everywhere" ships JUNK out to people for huge piles of loot.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee, according to law implies, 100% Satisfaction.................... GUARANTEED... or give me my money back.

That is law. A fact. Fraudulent Advertising is a crime. Get refunds for every poor schmoe who was beaten out of $60+ ... $100... $200 bucks. There's lawyers willing to sue, and put the con-jobs out of business.

They hung up, because they're guilty of FRAUD and SWINDLING.

There are some honest e-cigarette companies out there, and they're becoming known and established through reputation.

Class Action Lawsuit... "Smoking Everywhere" has angry victims of the swindle complaining all over the web. Class Action Lawsuit.. hit Smoking Everywhere where it hurts: in the wallet, and it'll send across a message loud and clear, to punks who think they can sucker consumers of electronic cigarette paraphenelia, with their defective junk. Sorry, I need my hard cold cash for actual products that are safe and um, actually work.

They are still in our local mall. I think they are calling themselves Smoke Free or something like that.
I think Smoking Everywhere went belly up after fighting the FDA in court in regards to importing e-cigs to the US. Another company is answering calls at the SE toll free phone number. Can anyone shed more light on the subject?

Recently I found an article on the web,

"We are on the verge of going out of business, which is why we are suing the FDA in U.S. District Court," said Washington, attorney Kip Schwartz, representing a company called "Smoking Everywhere," a U.S. wholesaler that was importing the devices from China."

edition (DOT) cnn (DOT) com/2010/HEALTH/02/08/e.cigarette/index.html

The FDA isn't Smoking Everywhere's financial problem... Smoking Everywhere, as an ecig manufacturer, is its own worst enemy and making itself an enemy of the ecigarette community as a whole. A ripoff and a scam.
