Hey Friends!
First of all, thank you guys so much for all of your input regarding the Twitter poll. We really took everything you all said into consideration when trying to figure out what we were going to do about this whole thing. That being said, here's the deal (and let's please not start a riot!).
Updating here is great, but quickly turns chaotic. Not all of our customers choose to take part in the forums, and some of the people I send over here for updates are a bit lost and confused. I started updating here to cut back on the amount of PMs and tickets I was seeing per day, and it seems that it has actually done just the opposite. I'm seeing a mountain of stuff everyday coming in asking about something I just posted, or if a particular order made it in under the wire, etc etc etc. I love you all, but this makes it really tough for me to get back to everyone in a timely manner.
So, here's what we're doing. I've set up a Twitter account- twitter.com/puresmoker. The reason we decided to go with a twitter is simple. You can link the Twitter updates to an RSS feed that people can subscribe to. The updates will display on the side of our homepage (puresmoker.com) and you all can subscribe to it as well. This doesn't mean that I won't be on here anymore, but I will only be posting 1 daily update here per day. The Twitter can be updated as products come in, and that will be the most up to date place to get information (and other fun pieces of info!)
I know that many of you were concerned with having so many things to check- but hear me out. Just put the Twitter into your bookmarks, and it will pop up with everything you need to know on a single page. That's it. No more wading through hundreds of posts to find what you're looking for- just click the link.
Again, I hope that this doesn't upset too many of you, as I'm trying to make sure that everything gets answered in a timely fashion, and updating here just doesn't help get that done. Much love, and thanks for the support!
