You're gonna contact the owners of Puresmoker? Good luck with that. Complaints are arising of people not getting what they actually ordered during that going out of business sale and no responses are forthcoming. (I ordered two ProTanks. I received... two ProTank coils instead. And complaints like that...) No replies to email - for those who have the EMA, no replies to tickets through the web site, and the phone line has been stuck at "mail box is full..." for two weeks. At this point I wouldn't order from anyone formerly associated with PS - directly or indirectly - if there was any way to avoid it.

BTW: I am going to ask the owners if they would like to be in the ECF as suppliers?

Good advertising, and they can answer many questions, but they will not disclose who they sell to...

I have been a long time customer and I was sworn to secrecy, but hey Puresmoker is no more...:p

I emailed them asking about it actually lol. He said that their chemist was gone already and he didn't know the forumla

Dang...horror stories....

Really sad about them....they were a good company for so long....

Well I am NOT associated with nor was I associated with those people...

I had meet Steve and his wife and knew of them more than anything and I have a pretty good idea of what happened, but I cannot post my "opinions" here...which are a bit more than just rumors....

I live 2.5 hrs from where their office was, had visited on occasion.....

Ok 'nuff said, I will leave that alone...next post formulas..

kinda skimmed the posts... and I haven't had the particular juice named... but mister-e-liquid has a great ice line and I am hooked on "peach ice"... sound similar to what you are looking for... worth a try for their lovely priced juices (green van--- a wintergreen flavor which is not a menthol is a nice change as well) good luck!!

Peachy Menthol:

Flavoring Purfemers Apprentice Peach
Menthol Perfumers Apprentice Menthol Flavor with Ethyl Alcohol

This is based on 30ml @ 42% Nic (which is much too strong for most) but you can use this to figure the percentages:
(It's about 34% flavoring and Menthol, the other percentages vary depending on strength).

12.6 ml of VG base w/nicotine @ 100mg/ml
7.6 ml of PG NO Flavor
10.2 ml of flavor (8.2 Peach, and 2.0 of Menthol) for 30ml

Yield 30 ml of juice (You can toggle the flavor vs. menthol depending on your taste.

Fire and Ice

Perfumers Apprentice Cinnamon Red Hots flavoring (not the concentrate, but I think this is only listed if you buy bulk from them).

Again 33% flavoring which is about as above flavor and menthol, about 2.2 to 2.9 ml of menthol depending on your tastes.

NOTE

If you use VG based liquids you MUST add PG as a dilutent before adding the Cinnamon Red Hots flavor or your mixture will be milky and will separate, or use a small amount of PGA 190 proof with you PG diluent to aid in mixing.
Always add your flavor, then menthol last!

**If you use 100% VG YOU MUST, MUST add some PGA or the mix will be milky and will not really mix!**

(Nic base, dilutent, flavorings, menthol, in this order)!

Firecracker

As above, NO menthol

Virtually 80 plus percent of their flavorings came from the Perfumers Apprentice.

All above formulas were based on 30ml total yield.

*The original PS formulas did not contain any VG, only PG, VG produces a much heavier, denser, thick vapor!*

Disclaimer / Warning:

Do not attempt DIY e-juice mixing unless you use proper precautions and wear safety gear, nicotine is a deadly poison and can KILL YOU! It only takes about 80ml of pure Nicotine to kill a normal size adult!
E Juice mixing should only be done by those with chemistry experience.

We all know they were a good company for a long time. And about all we do know from the customer side of things was PS got kind of weird after that law suit was filed in 2012. Anything beyond that is just speculation.

What is really bugging some long time customers was feeling they were dumped after years of purchasing and voicing lot's of support for PS when they were sued. And then, with no warning whatsoever - not even for those on the mail list - surprise! closing! right now! That's all there is to it! If you were lucky enough to catch the info - well you were lucky. Some folks just showed up to do a regular reorder, either found the little box announcing "closed" or found the site open with no stock left - and that's how they found out PS was closed. The feeling was it certainly could have been handled better.

Then there's us who ordered stuff and got half-fannied substitutions instead. At best.

You can leave a great first impression or a great last impression. For those of us who got a not very nice last impression there isn't much anyone is saying that is gonna redeem that. If anything, the silence from PS is speaking volumes - not in a good way. Thanks.

Wow I didn't even know about the lawsuit, what happened?

I agree with everything you said BTW....

I have the same opinion basically I was a good stable customer and was "dun wrong" as we say in the south over a very minor issue which in the past they had always gone out of their way to help me.

Please elaborate on the lawsuit, or PM me...

REALLY I agree and I do feel the same way after being so loyal to them...If I told you what happened to me (posted it) people here would NEVER even think anything positive about these folks...

Best,

Man this is phenominal.

hellz nectar from diamond vapor is delicous thats the only fruity menthol i have tried

Ok, so I need some help. Puresmoker is going out of business. They've been my sole supplier of liquid for about 5 years. I LOVE their peachy menthol.

I need suggestions of things to try.

I like fruity menthol's, more menthol than fruit. No Tobacco menthol's.

And the cool refreshing menthol's. some just taste minty which I don't like
