What's up? I placed my first order with puresmoker over a week ago. I received an order confirmation within minutes, and since then - Nothing. I sent requests for information on the order, and am receiving Nothing.

I'm making plans for a rather large order, but I'm waiting to see the results of this first order. I gotta be honest, a follow up order is not looking too good right now.

Did you get a payment confirmation from paypal? The first time I paid it didnt go through.
Click My Account on the Puresmoker website, then look at your order and see if it says $0.00 of $60.10 paid. If so, click the pay with Paypal button.
As for an email response, they probably get 100's a day and only 1 or 2 people to read them, all while trying to get the orders out in a short time.

This exact same thing happened to me last week with PS. Placed an order, got confirmation, but a few hours later still no paypal receipt. Went & checked PS site & the paypal never went through it appeared. Checked paypal, no record of it there. Hit the button, paid, order went through fine........

Yup!!! that's what happened. Now they're out of stock. Just my luck. I guess I'm on the waiting list again.

I placed 2 orders w/ PS, one for carts for my wife,
got it in 3 days.
then placed an order on the 31st for a bunch of stuff
got my econfirm from PS and Paypal. then it shipped the next day

Why, you may ask?? I am not totally sure, perhaps the products you bought, were dramitcally diff than mine??? maybe

I have been using PS for about 6 months and have communicated w/ them since then. w/ emails and chats, when they were getting started
then when they were moving, I bought right before they left and I made the cutoff
During their move, I kept up w/ the complete crazy they were going thru, PEOPLE WERE FREAKIN OUT AND SCREAMING

during that time I remained a faithful and loyal supporter, ALL THE TIME
i WOULD SLAM BACK ALL THE NEY SAYERS
Maybe just Maybe., and we are pals, so take this with the intent of it, as pals. I think developing any good realtionship w/ these suppliers is a very good and helpful process

I need these people real real bad, I do not know who will be standing over the next few months and who will just go away
If any bans do come about, we need to have our sources in a good place, so they can e there for us BLACK MARKET OR WHATEVER

I know you are a salesperson and probably a great one cos of the industry WE are in, we gotta be!!

my advice in the future
"BE A PROFESSIONAL SUCK UP" TO THESE PEOPLE AND IT MAY JUST HELP GETIN YOUR STASH!!!

I'm trying to be patient, especially since the reviews for PS seem to be very good.

However, I placed my order four days ago, got the PayPal verification so I know it went through, sent a communication through the Web site to check my status a few days later, and the order still says processing and I haven't heard a thing.

I can appreciate busy, but I'd like at least some indication of if my order is coming.

Guess I'll just chill till the weekend is over and sort it out tomorrow.

It's only been 4 days. What needs to be sorted out? I waited 2 weeks for my SD. Be patient. If people start flooding the poor guys inbox with "Where's my Stuff" emails after only 3 or 4 or even 5 days its no wonder he can't get back to people who have "real" problems. Say for example he gets 1000 orders in 2 days after he gets his supplies in. That's a lot of packing and shipping for only 2 or 3 people to handle. You know you will get your stuff eventually and its worth the wait.

I never meant my posts to sound "nasty". I was just confused as to why I wasn't receiving any communications from anyone. I totally understand the puresmoker situation. In fact, it's good to see that *somebody* is working steady in this country.

I'm just all out disappointed that my order got messed up, and now they're out of stock. Looks like another waiting game. Bottom line, it was a mess up with Paypal.

Hey guys,

Noob e-smoker here.. just wondering if I could get some info from some of the more experienced members on the board. :p About how often does PS usually get a new shipment of stock in? I know it's kinda hard to judge now since they've been so slammed, I was just wondering if anyone on here that has ordered from PS on a regular basis knows on average if we're talking about a once a week shipment, once every 2 weeks, etc.

And please don't get it wrong.. I promise I'm not asking because I'm impatient. I placed my very first e-cig order on 3/31 with PS, still awaiting shipment, haven't written a single email wondering where my stuff is.. I know it will get here in due time. :) I'm simply asking because both my mother and father - pack and a half a day smokers for almost 30 years - are both now interested in e-cigs, and I'm curious as to what kind of timeframe I'm going to have to wait until I can order kits for them too. :D

Hmm.. OK, but four days seems like plenty to let me know whether what I paid for is coming or not. I can wait for it to get here if that's what it takes, and if the order was taken when stock was actually out I can even understand that. In any event, sending one email through their own system for *customer service* after three days is hardly "flooding his inbox."

But when my money has been deducted from my account, at least an automated response isn't too much to ask. I wouldn't hold it against anyone if the stock isn't there. Communication is key. So thanks for the lecture, but you aren't doing PS any favors. Guess I'll wait to hear from them.

Puresmoker never allows orders when the product is out of stock (unless some mishap occurs).

I have no doubt they'll be getting it to you as soon as they can.

That's the general idea I got from reading extensively here and on their site. I've no doubt it'll all come up lollipops and roses, I was merely suggesting an e-mail after a few days would be nice.

Still, better to hear gentle reassurances than ... well, lets just say otherwise.

No, just no.

If you think you can do better someplace else then by all means do so( there are many reputable suppliers around). There are MANY members here who have delt with PS for the longest, and understand this particular industry.

If you feel you can get better CS than them someplace else ... fine but no need to predict the "demise" of PS on the board provided to them.
That is all.

You have a legit beef there as far as knowing whats up with your order after 4 days. might just PM them here with ur order # may get detailed info on it. CS Systems sometime go down the crapper.

Cobra, not to discredit the fact that you're having a problem, but you should first try to work it out with them through their ticket system or PM's before flaming them in open forum.

Steve is considered the best supplier with the best supplies by many on this forum, for good reason. He is a stand-up guy and does a fantastic job. Give him a break. You would not be able to buy something on is site if it was out of stock as his site is LIVE. It's NOT the way he does business.

If something is wrong with your order you can rest assured it will be fixed.

As Noodles said, there are plenty of other suppliers if you feel you can do better elsewhere.
