No, just no.

If you think you can do better someplace else then by all means do so( there are many reputable suppliers around). There are MANY members here who have delt with PS for the longest, and understand this particular industry.

If you feel you can get better CS than them someplace else ... fine but no need to predict the "demise" of PS on the board provided to them.
That is all.

Want to invest several hundred thousand.

I have Managed Business's doing hundreds of million of dollars in annual sales, highly successful as well.

PureSmoker(PS) is by far one of the best suppliers out there if not the best. Most people have that, "I want it yesterday" mentality. PS is not a corporation with 1000 employees and 200 customer service reps waiting by a telephone or computer to serve you. Steve has put together a small business to take care of our vaping needs. There are only three people I have dealt with at PS. When they shut down to move, their stock was pretty much cleaned out. Steve picks up his family and business then moved over half way across the county, setting up a home and small business again. Every time he receives stock we are there to clean him out. He is trying to build up his stock and get all the 1000+ orders out. Steve is busting his .... to keep us happy. It has been stated before when he last sold out of stock he had also received 500+ emails per day in his inbox. With the three people that I know of, you tell me how they are going to answer 500+ emails, package and ship orders, stock a business, establish a home and everything else that goes with moving. This does not include the server issues and US Custom issues. As soon as he arrived in TN he opened PS to serve us. That is dedication to what he does. I had that, "I want it now" attitude at one time but after I sat back and thought about his situation the "I want it now attitude" vaporized. I apologized to PS for being an .... If you think you can do better, then you make the investment and start your own business. I spent 20 year and 27 days in the United States Marines. I have moved more than the average person. It is a pain in the ... just to move a home and family - now throw in a business. The Marine Corps attitude is shut up, sit back, and Steve will get to you as soon as possible. Politely mail him once a day and either Steve, Joanna or Daniel will get back to you as soon as they can come up for air. Another Marine Corps point of view, don't open your freaking mouth unless you have a solution. Anyone can complain, but it takes a leader to solve an issue. Open your eyes and ears - be realistic and understand the situation will return to normal.

That's kinda the point Cobra, who's got hundreds of thousands to pump into a relatively new business and market, a market that has a very uncertain future.
You need to stop bashing PS on their own forum.
Get a clue.
I've never had anything but good from PS, it's just wrong to attack a reputable supplier like you are, on their own thread.

I just heard back that my order will be shipped in the next day or so. As everyone has said, they are just dealing with a lot of orders.

I got what I wanted - a response that they were working on it - and now I'm happy to wait.

Despite the characterization by some that myself or others are suffering from the wanted it yesterday mentality, the truth is just one communication to confirm the order will be filled (exactly what they promise on the site after you send them your money) is usually all it takes.

Even quicker would have been a post on this thread to say something like "Orders filled from our last shipment, 4/X - 4/X, will be sent out soon. We're working hard for your business. Expect your shipping confirmation soon." That would have been music to the ears of at least three or four of us who posted and probably a small army of lurkers who didn't. All with one little post.

Anyone that placed their order on 4/1 have a status of shipped yet? Mine still says processing. Opened a ticket on 4/3 but haven't got a reply yet. Order# 13737


Yeah I'm in the same boat bro... I placed an order March 31, my status is processing no confirmation email nada.. I've shot them 2 emails, and still no reply.. I'm assuming it has shipped at least I'm hoping it has. I've read other posts with others who are down right mad.. I'm not there yet, there seems to be a huge demand for theses e-cigs... I first placed an order with electronictobacco over 2 weeks ago and they gladly took my money only to send me an email days later stating that it would ship on Apr. 1... I haven't received a package yet I'm hoping that today is the day... Let me know what happens with your situation and I will do the same...

I would bet it has shipped, send mail to info@puresmoker.com. I placed an order on 3/28 & I received that order on Friday, however on this order I didn't ever receive a shipping confirm. I had gotten an answer to a mail asking about it though.

I placed an order on 3/31 & it is due to be delivered here today probably. I tracked it as arriving at my post office on Friday afternoon. I think with the move etc their shiping notification is messed up & might not alwasy be sending them out.

Cobra - If you've got several hundred thousand to invest, and manage so many successful "Business's" with the fancy MBA that never taught you proper english, why the hell are you dealing with the "poor customer service" at PureSmoker, and instead just buy up large quantities of stock and opening your own WonderStore, managed by people you only need to pay $150 per week?

I mean, I know rich captains of industry such as yourself get bored easily, so this will keep you from trolling forums.

The key is understanding the nature of the beast. That is to say, supply is short everywhere. There are customs problems and possible bans looming. The business has just moved. There is limited man-power. Patience is needed and I'm sure PS is working hard to get out orders as quickly as possible. My first order with them I got a little impatient before I understood the situation entirely. Now that I do understand, I have no problem waiting. Steve has great product, pricing, and is reliable. If it takes a little longer, so be it (and I too have an order that has been processing for a while... its no big deal).

If you've done as well as you claim why are you on this forum stirring up sh*t and not practicing your highly successful sales acumen and making yourself additional hundreds of millions of dollars.

i order mine on 4/2 (order 13914)...
i got so frustrated since i had no reply from seller that i even email them to cancel my order but still NO answer from seller...
now i have 70 bucks out of my acct, no response from seller AND NO PRODUCTS!
maybe nitewriter (a forum member) can help us facilitate communication... the op seams to have insider connection... if not maybe she can reassure us... she speaks highly of PS... maybe she had many good experience with PS... or maybe not...

You ordered just 4 days ago. That's ridiculous to be so bent out of shape about it so soon.

Maybe instead of the e-cig, you might want to pick up a script of valium.

Granted, the communication has been slow to come, but there's also been a weekend in between your order and now. They've come on here and posted several times that they were working to get all the orders out. What more do you want?

I placed my first order on 3/31. I was worried because my order said pending also. I received both orders that I placed on 3/31 today. Everything was fine except they left out some juice that I had ordered, it wasn't in the package but it was on the packing slip. I know they will make it right. I have sent them an email.

I was very happy with the way everything was packaged ( except for the left out juice but we are all human). The packaging was very nice and secure. I will update later on the products as I have a chance to use them.

Personally, I would be fine if the expectation on when to expect shipment had been more reflective of what could actually be expected. I am fine. I am being patient. I am just frustrated at my expectation not being met. Shame on me?
If I tell you I will gladly pay you tuesday for a cheeseburger today, would you be frustrated if tuesday came and went without pay?

Flowerepeddle, did the status of your order change to shipped or did it remain at "processing". I am just wondering if perhaps orders are actually being shipped but the status is not changing.

If you think the claims made by any business on their site are accurate, and draw expectations solely from that claim, and not the reality of the situation (taking into account recent claims of slightly delayed shipping, 1600 orders being made in the past couple of weeks, limited staff, and the constant time suck of answering questions on boards and email), then you deserve to be a little disappointed.

If I ever open a Cheeseburger stand, I'll definitely think twice about my layaway and credit program.

You said that your order said pending was it pending or processing? Did you ever receive an order confirmation email or did it just show up unannounced?:confused:
