Does anyone have a Phone # for PureSmoke? For some reason getting error on computer when I put things in my cart. Need so much.
Hey Laughsalot, we don't currently have a customer service phone #, but feel free email us using our ticket system on our website. Also, if you're getting an error when trying to put something in your cart that probably means we're out of stock on that item now.

Hey steve just a suggestion for you, im not sure if its possible or not. It would be helpful if along with the yellow caution logo when you are out of stock to include some text along with it. A few times I have gotten the caution logo after the items appeared to be in stock. Just a suggetion

The text is there, but its blacked out for some reason. I am not sure if this was on purpose or not, but if you highlight the area right beside the yellow caution symbol you can see the text.
Or if you really want to geek out, add Twitter notification to your page, that way when you are in stock, everyone will instant notification!

Please remember that pretty much all our product is stuck at customs right now, so we don't have an update on when we'll be receiving it. If customs didn't have it, we'd have a better idea if/when we'd be getting it.
