Puresmoker will not talk to me - a potential customer ready to purchase the V3?

I am really upset... I was already to purchase a Prodigy V3 today and their online help support is down so I sent a message asking if I could talk to someone. I did not want to sit and type everything out in an email...and play the back and forth email game - just to get all my questions answered - etc. I wanted to talk to a human get my questions answered and then go online and order.

I guess that's not possible because Casey told be no - they cannot do this - I think she said they are NOT "set up for this." This really saddens me because I really wanted to buy from them but it they cannot make an exception and call me or let me call them... well then I will take my business elsewhere.

I have dealt with many other vendors up here and nobody has ever told me that I cannot speak to someone on the phone except PureSmoker! In fact many of the other vendors called me direct to answer my questions without me even asking!

I guess customers are not #1 @ PureSmoker.com ! :grr:

I recommend a BUZZ!

I never spoke to Mike on the phone, but i'm sure he'd be willing to listen.
Checkout NotCigs.com or their sub-forum!

I just ordered the Buzz. I would suggest you getting one. The variable voltage aspect is something that far exceeds what is on the market right now and is invaluable when it comes to fine tuning the vape you love..

I third the 'get a Buzz' suggestion. Since I received mine, both of my poorly performing Prodigys have been collecting dust. The Buzz is incredible.

If they are underperforming and not being used, maybe you're interested in selling at a reasonable price. If so, PM me.

Thanks

I would have gotten a Buzz, but they're out of stock. I ordered a couple of Chucks for my wife and I today instead. It only does 3.7 or 6v, but I'm having wicked graphics put on it so it balances out. :D

Mine's the top. My wife's is the bottom.

This is so funny. I accidentally saw this thread after posting in the other similar one and here everybody is from the other thread recommending a Buzz. Um. I also recommend a Buzz. There are reasons I might take a Prodigy V3 over a Buzz, but... I have the Buzz and not the V3, so we see who won out. :D The Prodigy V1 and V2 had the appeal of 5 volts, but I really have no use for a 3.7 and 6-volt device.

Nice graphics, Biff. Those wouldn't be my thing, but they look very nice.
