I just wanted say that am amazed with their products first off. But there customer service is awesome I sent steve a pm christmas day and 3:30 this morning got a reply. I love the protege they really went all out with it The battery life is amazing .I am really happy that I finally spent the money to go with a product thats actually going to last. I would reccomend puresmoker to anyone.
