Got my stuff in a couple days ago from PureVapes and here's my initial thoughts:
These were all vaped on clean LR510 attys on 750 Riva batts, dripped:
Tiramisu: Must have. Not sure I'd call this coffee meets chocolate as stated on the site. More of a chocolate wafer cookie with a coffee undertone. At least the chocolate doesn't have that false waxy taste that is so common. Bonus is I LIKE chocolate wafer cookies.
Will definitely reorder when it's gone.
Chocolate Caramel Truffel: Can definitely discern this one. Tastes like it's named. If you dig truffels I'd say give this a shot. Will likely reorder when it's gone.
Pina Colada: Don't know about this one. Thing is when I ordered these knowing chocolate and coconut flavors are pretty weak I checked the option for all double flavors. (friggin awesome that Nikhil doesn't charge extra for this) Then I saw the box for sweetener. Thinking "hmm, chocolate usually comes out waxy, that may just fix it!" I figured what the hell and took the minimal amount (1/2 spoon whatever that means) added to each one. Worked great for the choco flavors but turned the pina colada into an abomination. The only way I can describe the artificial sweetener is it tastes exactly like the sweetener in Spree candy. Some people, (like my brother) love this. I despise it from the deepest caverns of my soul. Odd thing is I can't taste it in either chocolate flavor.
I feel bad saying this flavor sucks because that taste is so strong I'm inclined to think there was a mistake on this bottle as that odd mediciney sweet flavor is easily twice as strong as the pina colada flavor. If that ever so slight hint of rum that I love so much in pina colada juices is even there I'll never know over that "Spree" taste. Now I have to clean the atty cause I get that flavor with anything I try to flush it out with and the chocolate flavors did NOT leave that behind.
I'm thinking I'll shoot an email to Nikhil and see what he thinks as this can't be right. Seems to be a great supplier and even put a sampler of his apple cider in my order. Mostly I want to know if it's an error as I can't imagine anyone would call this pina colada.
