Hi,
I tried my newly received cartos, and i can definitely say that there is something wrong with the production.
I know how to use those, so i'd appreciate it if you took my word for it.
so far i tested 15 cartos within 24 hours. I use PG elixir.
i wasted over 20ml of eliquid in those tests.

only 3 cartos were ok!

so, what am i supposed to do?
it would cost more to send them back, so for future orders, is it possible that someone tests out the cartos, make sure they are ok before sending them out?

thanx

just got a reply on the ticket i opened.
only 3 days this time.

they r going to replace the cartos, which i really appreciate, however, i hope they don't,... not so quickly anyway!

i asked them to test out the cartos themselves before sending them, as i'm totally certain they will see that perhaps the last eDC batch was defective for some reason!!

from my last order, only got 5 cartos working out of 25!!
my concern is to have a reliable store, reliable products, and i hope this gets fixed.

Hats off to customer service

I'm curious; in what way do they not work?
Dual coil cartos are very rarely DOA; in fact if I have heard of it, it would only have been maybe one or 2.

I could give you at least a couple of tips to try, but really would need to know in what way they do not work, first...

Are you saying they literally will not fire at all?

If this is the case, it could well be that the centre post of the carto needs adjusting.

So here's a tip - how to raise the centre post of the atomiser a touch to get contact with the battery connector.

Centre post adjustment on atomisers/cartos:
Take a tweezer and slide gently under ledge of center post and gently shimmy up a little, then repeat on other side until even.
If using a paperclip, insert into center hole at angle and gently pry up until **JUST** above outer rim.

The centre post is actually designed to slide (have slight movement) to insure a proper connection; but if you use one that pushes it in a bit and the next is recessed more (depending on the battery connecter).... this is why sometimes there can be a problem with different connectors.

thanks for the reply.

most of the cartos i get r either choked up (can hardly draw air from them), or give burnt taste (mostly this)!
i follow text book instructions, so that the filler inside is saturated enough, i let it sit for a while,... and then from the first vape, i can tell if it's a good or bad carto (yeah, that big of a difference i get, so it's easy to differentiate).
