Hey Bedazzled Blonde
...... it IS a bit confusing, but maybe if I make this really LONG I can help Ya smile again! I read a gazillion old posts from the old threads - way way back to January (whew too much time on my hands this week!) and think I compiled a fairly good bogus list of what all that "2 to 4 and 3 to 5" "Business Days' stuff really means. Grab a calendar and a pen, a glass-o-wine and a couple Xanax or your other favorite "calm me down pills"
. Here we go!
"Awaiting Fulfillment"
usually means it hasn't been completed yet; it's in "the system", but yer 'number' has not yet come up.
"Awaiting Shipment"
means it is completed, but sitting (and according to some reports waiting and waiting and waiting) to be 'shipped'? Or......... it's 'shipped' and not reflected yet because perhaps it's a weekend, the 'reporter' is too busy, it's way down the list or "uploading" simply didn't happen (only on YOUR order of course).
"Shipped"
means it's on the way via one means or another, but tracking info is unavailable and it will be a big surprise when the UPS driver who typically arrives in a Big Brown Truck

instead arrives in a Post Office truck

and drops your goodies in the mailbox. Fear not - if it hasn't happened yet - it will - probably within an additional 3 to 5 "business days" unless the above-described cut-rate shipping is utilized but not fully explained.
"5th Business Day" also applies to the orders that said,
"2 to 4 business days" - unless it
actually took 9 days to reach the
"awaiting shipment" stage and
10 days minimum before it actually 'ships'??

Closed weekends is self-explanatory , so ordering on Saturday March 29th as you noted means the clock started on Monday March 31 and ran until Friday April 4th then stopped again. Started again on Monday April 7th making the 2 to 4 business days become "Business Day 6 and today Business Day 7" ..... "Awaiting Shipment". If the 'shipment fairy' does not get it today it will maybe go on Day 8 which still exceeds the updated 3 to 5 business day notification.

Yea, it's complicated, but with all that training and that's been going on since way back in February (attrition is a real pain) things just happen. Oh yea - that e-mail you sent; the guy who was hired to "just answer e-mails, well he or she musta had a family emergency or got canned; it's tough to say. Grin and be patient; have another glass o' wine and another Xanax.

The
"ultimate solution" to your quandary? Several
"old timers"
-
some who have been vaping and buying juice for over six-weeks
(whoaaaa!!!) say the best way to look at it is: "
If you DON'T need that 'juice' in a hurry, place your order and forget about it. Sooner or later it will magically arrive and all will be well. You will have saved a stash-o-cash and after letting the juice "steep"

- which is not what really happens with ANY juice (it AGES 8-o- not STEEPS) you can vape away; Or, vape it right away and hope for the best - it's up to you!
Now -
if you need it "right now, very soon, within a week, before the second coming of christ, well ... ya gotta bite the proverbial 'bullet' and get it from one of those joints where you order at 9:00 AM and get confirmation it shipped at 3:00 PM.

You'll pay more for certain, no way around that unless you have connections, a coupon, a letter from your doctor or just flat out did your homework and decided that $3.99 a jug is a price you can live with for a while!.

See? It's really that simple. Yea, I used a lot of words and went way deep in detail, but you seemed so upset, so anxious, so on the verge of maybe having a real cigarette
I just had to brighten your day! Hope it worked!
