Hi everyone. Obviously new to the forum so I will do my best to be legible and logical! Anyway I just started vaping about 2 weeks ago and I am absolutely in love with it. Quit the analogs and learning new stuff every day. I do have a slight problem though. I bought the 510 and its working great for me but I noticed that the battery connector is gold colored while most of the cartomizers are silver colored (the lining). So it looks kind of weird instead of nice and uniform. any suggestions what I should or can do? I saw that the Boge cartos are the best but they only come with the silver lining and I was looking for a gold to match the battery color. Silly request I know but I guess I am just excited about the whole process and want things to be right. Appreciate the help from anyone and looking forward to contributing and meeting new friends in the future! thanks again.

Welcome to ECF . I think Bauway sells atty's and carto's that have a gold or brass looking end . But the Boge's are a lot better carto's in my opinion . I personally don't care if my battery matches my carto's , so for me not an issue . But if you stick with the vaping thing for very long , you probably won't be using the 510's much longer anyway . The batteries don't last very long , and not a lot of power (satisfaction ) either . Shortly , you will be looking to upgrade to a big battery type device , that lasts for days without charging or needing to add juice every half hour . Just my opinion , but most here , will tell you the same thing . Look at my reply ( the signature area ) shows just a few of my toys , and I started with a 510 , myself .

Thanks for the quick and great answer friend. Its really great to have advice by people with more knowledge than myself :) You are probably right when you say I will upgrade soon. In fact, I am in the process now. I think I like the 510 and kr808 because of the convenience and simplicity. Wasn't much of a heavy smoker so they work perfect for someone like myself. Quite an outrageous collection you got there! I really appreciate your help and thanks for the Bauway tip Ill do my research.

Take a look at all the PVs that Renzuli has in his avatar, they have support groups for this now :D Honestly, the moment you get one of these starter kits is the time to consider moving up :) Don't worry about colors matching though for now, I'm sure you will get some cooler looking stuff soon enough. My Darwin has a brass connector and a silver 510 extension, come to think of it...... :D

Oh, you're not into it enough for a therapist yet. There's another member here, a Reonut, who claims to have over 200 mods. He/she can't even fit them all into an avatar. You got some catchin' up to do. :D
