Hello, can someone please tell me if the chargers for e-cig are universal. Such as will the 501 work to charge a 901/801. Specificaly what I have now is a model 808D/D-1. I want to know if it will work on an 801 battery. Thank you

I don't know anything about the 808D/D but I do know that you cannot interchange chargers for the 401's, 801's, 901's nor 510's.
Different models have different sized batteries. The length is not the important part, but the width. Also the connection type. Some batteries are female ended some are male. Also the threading.
Basically if the battery can be used on the atomizer, most likely it will work with the charger as well.
They are NOT universal, but some are compatible. There is a compatibility chart somewhere on this forum.

Thanks for the help. I searched but I can't the compatibility chart you speak of. Can someone with a 901 charger please look at their charger and see if it has a model # 808D/D-1. I would like to avoid buying a kit if possible. Thanks
My RN4072 (which is interchangeable with the 801) does not fit or charge on my KR8082D-1 PCC charger. My RN4075 (which is interchangeable with the 901) does. Your OP asks if the KR808 will charge your 801 - the answer is no. But your last posts ask about a 901 ... and the answer is yes.

They do make universal chargers, and they at *least* work with 801s, 901s and Kr808D-1s. If you have manual batteries, you need a little extension that costs a buck or two.
VAPORKINGS has them (and it says they work with 510s, too). Eastmall also has them.
All you need is your computer, but if you have a car or wall charger that has the USB opening, you can use them however you like.

Cool, thanks for the help. I must have a Kr808D1 e-cig currently. Its not marked, but renamed/marketed as Electro. It uses cartomizer and the 808d/D-1 charger I have for it does charge 901 e-cigs. Thanks again.
I started with a "green nicotine" kit, which is a rebranded greencig. The kr808d batteries work great with the carts. Does anyone know if the chargers for these batteries are interchangeable as well?
