Question about eGo mega atomizers (type b)

I'm trying to find type b cones to match the colored ego batteries I'm planning on getting, but I actually plan on using them with fluxomizers for now. I've been having trouble finding many sources for type b cones by themselves, so I was wondering if the atomizer could easily be taken out of the cone so the cone could be used separately? Or does one just throw away the entire thing when the atomizer burns up?
