I know this to beat topic is probably beat to death but its hard to read al those pages of posts.

I recently bought a replacement battery that is an eGo-t battery and I am wondering if anyone has ever had one explode while vaping?

Honestly if it blows up while charging Im ok with that, just not while Im vaping.

Thanks in advance.

The eGo-c, eGo-c 'upgrade' batt and the eGo-c Twist all have added short and charging protection. No guarantees but a few people have tried to blow up the eGo-c without success. I'm in the process of changing over all eGo batts to eGo-c's when one needs replaced. In my experience, you can tell when an eGo batt (Joye) is on it's way out - the led button light will slowly dim toward the end of the curve (like in the last hour of charge). New ones stay bright until the charge is gone. Older ones grow dim to off... esp. if you hold the button down taking a long hit - time to replace :)
