question about feedback score.

Hi. I have a quik question. My feedback score is a 14 yet I have 15 feedbacks.(all positive)have i missed something?

I asked this a while back, too. It turns out that your feedback score is the number of individual people who have left you feedback, not the total number of feedback ratings ;-) So since one person has left you feedback for two separate transactions, the second feedback from that person didn't affect your overall feedback score
