Lets say you have 24mg liquid, you would have 24 mg of nicotine per 1 milliliter of liquid.

For Comparison
Marlboro red = 1.2mg nicotine per cigarette.
Marlboro medium = 0.8mg nicotine per cigarette.
Marlboro light = 0.5mg nicotine per cigarette

I have read that there are about 25 drops per 1 milliliter (don't know for sure)
I can put about 10 drops in my cartridge.

So one of my cartridges would be (if the above info is correct):
8 Marlboro Reds
12 Marlboro Mediums
19.2 Marlboro Lights

The thing no one knows though is how much nicotine a person absorbs when using e-cigs. It could be more than a cig or less. I would assume if you hold your breath longer, you would get more nicotine then you would get from smoking a real cig.

Depends on the cart and on whether you really mean cart or mean the screw on kind which are cartomizers aka cartos

cart holds about .4ml to .6ml
carto holds at least 1ml on decent size ecigs

You are not going to figure anything out. It depends on your ecig, your mouth size, the size of your drags, how many drags you consider a cigarette to be. And most people don't vape that way. They usually vape more often than they smoked but for fewer drags.

After you get an ecig, use the same 5ml or 6ml bottle of juice for several days and each day look to see how far the level dropped. Then you will know how much juice you use in a day.

What dormouse said.

It's very individual. Even smoking is different from one smoker to the next; how you held a cigarette affected the microscopic vent holes near the filter. How you dragged & how many times you dragged per cigarette was a factor. One smoker might get 2 or even 3 times the nicotine (and other chems) from an analog as the next guy, smoking the exact same brand.

Most vapers start off using a lot of juice, but eventually settle in at around 3ml per day. Seems to me this holds true regardless of nicotine strength, so go figure.
