Question about Loranns

I remember seeing that anything with oil in it shouldn't be used for flavoring but that that Lorann "oils" were ok to use. But, a few of them have the word "natural" with them, as in "peppermint oil, natural". Should the ones that are listed like that be avoided?

Most of Lorann's "oils" are a misnomer. The majority of them have no oil in them. Check the ingredients by clicking on Item Details. If they actually have the word 'oil' in the name of the flavor, it's usually a bad sign. Don't use anything insoluble in water.

That figures...the peppermint has oil in it and the wintergreen just says "slightly soluble in water", guess that leaves out my minty flavors *sniffle*
