Ok so I ordered 2 manual XL's and 1 clicks when i press the button 1 clicks and the other one doesnt click but still works, Is that normal?

as long as they work, I wouldnt worry about it. I have had many batts with persnickity switches. I just ordered 2 xl manuals, so I hope the switches are good.
I too have several in all sizes. Some of mine have that distinct click and others don't. So far they all seem to work equally as well.
I've never even thought about the click but you guys are right. Some click and some don't but as long as it works..................LOVE the manuals!
Hey guys sorry bout just replying I just got home and on a comp, I know they both work great but 1 has more airflow then the other. oddly enough the 1 that doesnt click has more air flow
if your draw is too hard, I found that reaming the holes a bit with an 18 gauge needle (carefully) helped a lot.
All mine click..but some are louder then others. I kind wish I had one that didn't make a noise! Stealth for the theaters!
Just manufacturing tolerances within the switch unit itself. Some have tighter return than others. Those switches are incredibly inexpensive, and as such the manufacturing tolerances aren't all that tight.
What Lynn is saying is that yes, it's normal. Nothing to worry about. Please continue vaping in an orderly fashion.
