as long as they work, I wouldnt worry about it. I have had many batts with persnickity switches. I just ordered 2 xl manuals, so I hope the switches are good.
Hey guys sorry bout just replying I just got home and on a comp, I know they both work great but 1 has more airflow then the other. oddly enough the 1 that doesnt click has more air flow

Just manufacturing tolerances within the switch unit itself. Some have tighter return than others. Those switches are incredibly inexpensive, and as such the manufacturing tolerances aren't all that tight.
