Question about my profile

Just wondering how I go about uploading a profile pic. I cant figure it out lol

If you mean a pic under your name, that is your avatar pic, which is different from the profile pic, which only shows on your profile pages. Click on "Settings"(upper right of any page) and in the column on the left hand side will be a place to edit both avatar and profile pics.

I have question also regarding profile.

In profile,under 'My activity' we got 'photos' beside friends and subscriptions. But, I don't see any way to add photos/images there. Just says 'No Recent Activity' , no upload button or something like that.
Any ideas?

I don't know for sure, but I've checked some profiles and there is never any pictures in that category, even if the members have pics in albums, also the pics that I have uploaded from my computer show up under "attachements". I don't know, I sorta think that "Photo" thing does'nt do anything, at least as far as I can tell.
