Question about new standard manual diamond batteries

I noticed this on the V4L site in the description for the new standard size manual diamonds: "these are longer than our standard Vapor King batteries and will not fit in the current cases". My manuals measure about 8.6cm from screw end to tip of ash cap. My case has a minimum of 5mm to spare in the space when a battery is in it. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how much longer the new batteries are.

I believe I can modify the case lining if needed to accommodate - just wondering.

Note: These batteries are longer than our standard VK series batteries. Shorty, Regular, and XL measure 77, 97, and 112mm respectively.

I have designed new PCC to accommodate ALL sizes of batterys,both manual, as well as auto. The tooling is being done, as I type. These will charge 2 batteries, ans well as hold 5 carts. These will have Micro USB charging input on outside of case, and meet all of my V4L family needs. Just 1 more way V4L will keep you SMILIN.

I have designed new PCC to accommodate ALL sizes of batterys,both manual, as well as auto. The tooling is being done, as I type. These will charge 2 batteries, ans well as hold 5 carts. These will have Micro USB charging input on outside of case, and meet all of my V4L family needs. Just 1 more way V4L will keep you SMILIN.

These will hold EVERY battery V4L has ever made, it is also being made at our V4L factory!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic!! Best news I've heard in a while! I badly need a new PCC but I'll try to hold out for this. I love that it'll be able to charge 2 and hold extra carts. Any general timeframe? 2012 Q1 maybe??
