if i were to to mix a 1oz tin box mint 48% nicotine liquid with say, a cream style flavored 4oz doubler, would it work out flavor-wise to be approx. 20% tin box mint and 80% cream style flavored? i guess what im asking is does nicotine liquid have the same amount of flavoring as a doubler? or is it more or less?

also, i was told that the cream flavors need to steep a couple of weeks before they taste awesome. is this true?

thanks!

EDIT: i just saw that t.v. sells drams of flavorings. would i be better off if i want to end up with juice that is approx 40% mint flavored and 60% cream style flavored, just to get a cream nicotine juice and a cream doubler, then add some mint flavoring?

if i get cream nicotine juice, and 4oz cream doubler, how much if any mint flavoring should i add? sorry, i have made a complete mess of this post now....

just please tell me what i should do and i'll do it, i've called t.v. and havent heard from them.

I get the banana cream pie - that I love!!! so if you don't like it LET ME KNOW :)

I let my sit for a week and its good - longer is better.

I think they use 20% flavoring so the nic I would assume 20%. For some reason I can vape a lower nic level of TV juice. I am usually around 24mg but I have to cut the Banana cream pie to 12mg. I part nic mix to two parts doubler... or in one of their 1 oz bottles. 10ml nic mix and 20ml doubler.

In a pinch I've mixed their nic liquid 48mg with pg and the flavor was still good but not as strong.

It's not 48% nicotine, it's 48mg. Nicotine is measured in milligrams per milliliter. When you add doublers (0mg), you average the nicotine because the same amount of nic is being spread out over more liquid.

If you add 1 ounce of 48mg to 1 ounce of 0mg, you'll have 2 ounces of 24mg.
If you add 1 ounce of 48mg to 1/2 ounce of 0mg, you'll have 1.5 ounces of 32mg. (48+48+0)/3

In your example, you'd have
1 part 48mg Tin Box Mint
4 parts 0mg Cream something
So the result would be 48/5 or 9.6mg.

In the FAQ there's a table with all the mixes. There's also a calculator in the stickied posts.

You don't have to buy doublers. That is an extremely customer-friendly feature. They charge much less for liquids without nicotine so people who know what flavors they love can stretch their vaping budget. (If you vape at 16mg, you can buy 48mg of a flavor when it's on sale plus a 2-ounce doubler and get 3 ounces of 16mg for $20. I don't know of any other vendor that sells for $6.67 an ounce -- $3.34 for 15ml.)

They don't sell smaller sizes than 1 ounce because each flavor is custom mixed. You can bite the bullet and buy a flavor on sale for $10. You can look at the sticky where people sell and trade the flavors they didn't like or are overstocked on. You can ask for samples of the flavors you want to try -- many TV customers will send you a couple of mls.

Yes, do not EVER put down doublers. They are a good way to stretch your vaping budget and I think there are MANY TV customers that would be devastated if they were taken away. They are simple to figure out. I made a calculator in the stickies if you need it, but to be honest, it is not rocket science!

Yup, doublers are the best! Simple math really. Just reduce you starting mg by the factor of one ounce doubler you add. 1oz of 48mg + 1oz of doubler = 2oz 24mg liquid. 1oz of 48mg + 2oz of doubler = 3oz of 16mg liquid. Etc, etc, etc...

Just mixed up some mint chocolate chip cookie earlier today. Delicious and economical!

Is there any certain times the nic juice is on sale?

The first time you buy a flavor, it's not a bad idea to get just the e-liquid in the strength you want to vape. I've never had a TV liquid that wasn't well made, but I have had some my taste buds rejected (e.g. anything with coconut.) 1 ounce (30ml) for $10 is very reasonable and you're not stuck with 3 ounces of something that's not right for you. Then, when you reorder your favorites, go for the $6.67 per ounce. :D

Thanks. I agree, 30ml for $15 (shipped) is not bad at all. Its all making more sense to me now. lol
