Also, 1 ml of water is 1 gram, and that's where the confusion comes from. That doesn't mean that your juice is 1 gram per ml., because it has a higher weight/density than water. It's in the ballpark, though.

A lot of vapers, especially new ones, seem fixated on calculating the exact amount of nicotine they consume in one day, one vape, one hour, etc. (I'm not saying that is the reason for your question, I'm just expounding on the subject). It seems like an odd compulsion to me, because I don't know of anyone who did that when they smoked.

I think the newness of vaping makes some people uneasily suspicious that they might be consuming dangerous or alarming amounts of nicotine. The thing is, you know when you've had "enough" nicotine by the way you feel, exactly the same as when you smoked.

Besides, it's almost impossible to do more than guess at the answer. You don't absorb all of the nicotine that you vape. People all vape differently, so there isn't even a reasonable way to estimate. The only way would be to do a blood analysis several times per day, throughout several days, and extrapolate from the results. Again, a guess.

The exact same thing is true of smoking cigarettes. It doesn't make any difference what "mg" # is on the pack, that tells you almost nothing about your nicotine intake.

I am new as well and it really bothered me but since reading the threads about overdosing etc. I can tell if I have had too much or just enough :) I also started vaping a smaller mg for when I just want to puff away lol! switching back and forth has helped depending on mood, first thing in the morning I need the 24mg but throughout the day it is lower:)

If you get light headed, a little dizzy, and maybe a touch of nausea and numbness in your fingertips (capillary constriction), it's likely that you overdid it. Stop for a while and see if you return to normal. If you feel normal inside of 30 minutes, it's probably that the nicotine level is too high for you.

Like Quasimod said, it's that same feeling you got when you smoked your first cigarette. Remember? It was neat and you wanted to do it again. The second one made you sick.

24mg felt right for me at first, then I bought an Ego, got some more juices, tried them out and vaped too much! I'm now at 18mg and thinking I need to be at 12mg.

I am a GUY from L.A. not girl. lol
I am a newb to. I ordered a couple bottles of 24 mg and hope it isn't too strong for me. So far it feels right. I am wondering though if I should of went lighter as I want to wean myself off nicotine all together.

You can always lower the nic w/ a little VG(available in any drug store).
