I currently use a VTR and SVD mods. I also have a Zmax mini which I do not use. I am vaping to cut back on nicotine and eventually quite, I am currently at 12mg nicotine now. My local B&M shop has a Provari mini with extension cap for $210 and I get a 10% customer loyalty discount. MY question is should I buy it if I will eventually quit? I was thinking about putting all 3 of my mods together on ebay and be happy if I got $120 for all 3. It would almost be a free provari if I did that. The VTR is too heavy for when I travel, the SVD goes thru batteries like there is no tomorrow and I just do not use the Zmax anymore.

What are your thoughts.

I agree with David, the Provari will hold it's value better, but you are still going to take a monetary loss when/if you sell it, but the benefits will outweigh the money that you are out.

Also, what size batteries are you using in the SVD? If you are using anything bigger than an 18490 you aren't going to see any benefit in battery life going to the Provari. It may be slightly better, but negligible. If you are using 18650's in the SVD your battery life will be significantly less going to 18490's.

Consider how much money you will save not buying cigarettes. That alone will more than cover the cost of equipment you purchase. I have 2 Provari and have not smoked a cig in 9 mo. I also DIY my juice so I'm banking cash now. A word to the wise, resist the urge to become a collector and buying every new product that comes along.

PS. The Provari website has scratch and dent units as low as $140.00. Both of mine are those and work perfectly. I can't find any flaws on either and they have the same warranty.
