Second hand smoke is going to be far more dangerous than second hand vapor. There isn't enough nicotine in the vapor to cause one to become addicted or have any affect on their health. There is only a very slight scent, depending on what you're vaping and most of the time it's a good scent. I prefer the smell of Chocolate Eclair or Hazelnut Coffee over smoke any day!

Okay, serious and legitimate concern Starspecks. I just have to share this funny thought I had and it isn't meant to be poking at you or anyone, I just needed to share it.

Nicotine is addictive right? Okay, yeah yeah. So can you imagine the FDA or ASH comlaining about kids coming into contact with an addictive film left on furniture? Picture a news story with some 20 or 30-something year old guy who's been battling the addiction of table licking his whole life!

I have never smoked analogs anywhere near my kid and have a smoking shirt and wash my hands and mouthwash. I know it's dangerous and disgusting. I'm definitely planning on still hiding the ecig so it doesn't get subconsciously put into memory. I was mainly thinking of vaping in my room if it would leave a residue in there.

As far as we know, there is minimal if any nic expelled with the vapour. I never used to smoke around my kids, but now vape in the house with no guilt whatsoever. All they did before was complain about the way I smelt. Now they chase me around to see what flavour dad is vaping today, and certainly give their opinions on what they think. Well the 15 yr old in any case, and she can be quite opinionated as you can imagine.
