Lately my smok magneto has been heating up very intensely around the threads, and it also has not been firing. I cleaned the threads out pretty well which helped because the button was also getting hot before. My build is .4-.5 ohms, i have a MNKE 18650 20 amp battery which can easily handle it. I was at the beach a while back and i got some sand on it, and i think the sand has become lodged in the button somewhere inbetween a contact and i am looking for a way to dismantle the button assembly. I havent found a video anywhere on how to dismantle a magneto V2, only the V1; nd the button assemblies are completely different. Anyone have experience on this or know of an online resource i missed?

I hope someone can help. I recently saw a V2 at my local vapeshop and wondered how you would be able to get the switch apart. Kind of a step backwards it seems to me. My V1 is not very happy below 0.5ohms, even after extensive cleaning it still has massive voltage drop at lower subohm builds.
