There was a ziplock with Naolox (or however you spell it) and a small clear tube with both ends cut at a sharp angle. What is this small clear tube for?

If you have a problem with liquids that "self feed", you can insert the small tube into the tube on the REO to stop it from "self feeding".
Insert it where? on the reo? bottom of the tube that sits in the feed bottle?
