Long tiring day, so excuse me for not having more precise info.
A few days of using the "Kicked" leaves some disappointed on the battery life. The 1100 Mah (18500) batteries in "The Boss" won't last more than three or four hours. Not sure of the Vivi Nova's head Ohms, most likely 1.8. Have ran 2.6 ohm also... Anyway, the kick was set less than half its full output. The HIT is totally lovely from the first to the last without deviation.

How much battery life could I expect between charges if "The Kick" was running with a 26650?

The reason I ask; have a machinist which could start asap on the 26650 sleeve and adapter to fit "The Boss" head. The Boss is marvelous and not incorporating the switching mechanism to fit would be a waste of a nice design.

The Bombshell Stinger is a 26650 mod and while I don't remember the exact battery life with a kick ... I do remember it was a longggg time.

If you are using a kick in a mod with a hot spring, the extra resitance from that spring will reduce the longevity of the battery as well. The kick has a built in safety, so you should be able to move the spring in the mod as long as it will still make contact. I was only getting 2-3 hours from my 18350 in my Roller with a kick. After removing the hot spring, it increased to about 5 hours. Reason being is the voltage drop decreased and allowed the kick to function longer. Before, the kick would stutter at around 3.6-3.8.....after it was making it down to the cut off, which is still set too high if you ask me. I would take the batteries out and get several more hours from the same battery in my Provari.

Because of these issues, I have stopped using kicks and just stayed with my Provari.

Edit to add....

Also, if you drop your mod, take the kick out and look it over real close to make sure the thin shrink wrap on it hasn't split anywhere. I dropped my Roller and it quit firing. When I got home, I took the top section off to remove the switch to make sure nothing was broke or out of place. I left the tube sitting to the side with the battery and kick still in it. Somehow, the kick made a hard short. I noticed smoke coming out of the tube, then heard the battery vent....well, basically everything melted including my two week old kick. When the wrap split open, the bottom plate was able to touch the tube.
