Any 510 will fit on an Ego. I'd shop around if I were you as $10.99 for a Joye 510 atomizer is quite high!

While I'm not a big fan of TW I love their 510 atty's. They are Joye and work better than any I've tried.
If you want to try a Low Resistance 510 atty I'd suggest these. IKV LR 510 2.0 They are 2.0Ω and produce a bit more vapor if you are using a 3.7v setup. Most Low Resistance atty's run 1.5 - 1.8Ω which I find a bit harsh. Either way you can't go wrong
