Question about traveling to Rio with my ecig

I will be traveling to Brazil (Vitoria and Rio) at the end of the month. I was hoping to be able to "tear" down my ecig and stuff it in with my makeup and put that into my checked luggage. If I am discreet about it what are the chances of actually getting the cig in and out of Brazil without any problems? What about using it discreetly at the beach?

If you take a look toward the top of the "general discussion" forum, there is a sub forum dedicated to travel and PVs.

One thing I can say is do not put lithium batteries in your checked bags. Put them in your carryon. From what I've read, there is no problem with PVs in carryon luggage, either assembled or disassembled.

As far as importation, and use in Brazil, I have no clue.
