Generally, if I crank mine up too high and it tastes burnt, backing it right back down fixes things. If your head has been in service for some time, it's possible it's time for a good cleaning if it's still tasting burnt at a lower voltage.

My doctor thinks my head has been in service too long and needs to be cleaned. He's probably right.;)

If I turn my voltage too high on a certain juice , will that clearomizer "taste burned" for rest of time? It seems like it tastes bad after I "burn"it. Now I keep my voltage at 3.3 as to not do that again, but will this batch be screwed? Thanks!

If you turn the Voltage Up To High on Any e-liquid/Clearomizer, you will get a Burnt Taste. You will also Gradually get a Burnt Taste as the Clearomize Coil gets "Gunked Up" from Normal Use.

If it does still taste burnt, you may as others said, solve by cleaning the COIL (lots of threads on how to do that).
But your questionsays "will this batch be screwed" - the burnt taste is coming from the coil, not the juice - if you change to a new coil/head/core (whatever you call it) the rest of the juice in that clearomizer should then taste fine...
It's the coil, not the juice, with the lingering burnt flavor.
