between here and there
First click on the more advanced calculator at the ecigexpress site.
eJuice Calculator 4.0 | EcigExpress Archive Cookbook

You would input your values as follows
where it says what Base nic level click on the values to change : ie. if you bought 70/30 vg/pg change the default pg/vg that says 50% to what you bought
Then where you see Target nic(meaning what you want it to end up being) in your case 3mg and change the pg/vg ratios
input the amount to be made of finished ejuice (amount to be made for recipe) ie. 30ml
input the % for the amount of flavoring you want in the recipe.

You will see the values at the right of the screen change to what you need to use.

Good Luck

This calculator will do recipes only. Look at the DIY thread for more advanced calculations. ie changing a pg/vg ratio, etc.

Ecf member Scubabatdan has a great calculator. His thread in more towards the top of the diy page click on his signature to download the calculator.

SoCal
so i went on ecigexpress and i saw there was 70 30 mix vg pg its already mixed and nic 3mg on wiz labs the lowest nic u can buy is 24mg and vg pg was sold sep if i bought it this way and option for nic pg or vg or 50/50 mix or 70vg/30pg what im asking is how would u use ejuice calculator for this?
If your target nic level is 3, entering the values of that 70/30 3 mg base will give you ("can't add enough nic for target) errors, and will also throw off the VG ratio ("can't add enough VG"), when you introduce PG based flavorings.

I mix my own base to exactly the same 70/30 3mg levels. The way I enter it so I don't get errors in my calculator is enter the ingredients as separate components, then add up their values. I then measure that amount of "base", and add my flavorings to it. It's not entirely accurate, but it works.
