Just got my JOYE 510 two days ago in the mail (boy they are fast!) Think I will like it better than the blus, and they are cheaper too....off cignot.com...anyway just saw some demos off youtube and they all say i need a bottle of e juice. It did nt come with the kit I got for $35.00. Do I need the e-juice?

You will need either juice and empty carts to fill, or pre-filled carts. Most fill their own or drip the juice on the atty. Some prefer the convenience of pre-filled cartridges.

Dude, you are SOL ... jk. Order some liquid from someone (suppliers at top) quickly. Til that comes in, vape ur carts. The liquid is for refillin the carts, which will cost a fortune, in the long run. If ya burn the carts up go to a craft store and in the cake section they usually have 'vegetable glycirene' to use as a last resort. Hope this makes sense as I am a LSU fan and watched that horrible ending.....
Your kit will come with some pre-filled cartridges- "carts". You can use those until you get some e-liquid to refill them with. There are many places to order e-liquid from, just look in the suppliers list and search around on the forum to see which suppliers people seem to like the juice from. What flavors you choose to try are up to you and your personal taste. There are so many! My favorite's are cotton candy, ry4, banana and vanilla. Have fun, maybe order a sample pack from someone. Just do it quickly cos your cartridges won't last long!
Cignot does sell juice as well. I did exactly the same thing you did. Bought the $35 kit (which is a great buy if you ask me). The only problem is if your really planning to replace cigarettes you'll eventually want everything that was in the $65 kit. Batteries last 2-3 hours so for on the go vaping you'll want a PCC (personal charging case) which will charge a battery up to 4 times and carry your extra cartridges. I used to smoke about 1 1/2 packs a day which now equates to 3-4 cartridges per day or about one 20ml bottle every 10 days (that should enable you to calculate how long your 5 carts will last and what it will cost for you to vape). If you want my opinion I would immediately order at least one 20ml bottle, the pcc, and the 12v to usb adapter (pcc charges off a usb so you'll want it for the car). Total on those three items would be $42 plus $5 s&h. I know this because it's exactly what I ordered the night I recieved my kit and wished I had ordered right off the bat. Incidentally the Like Smoke/Ruyan 4 liquid is awesome (but just my choice).

You will need juice if you want to go through the hassle and mess of refilling carts, me I just buy pre-filled anymore. If you check out BestEcig-Newest Mini E-cigarette|E-cigarette|wholesale e-liquid , they have pre-filled carts in a bunch of flavors and different styles. They also have a real good selection of liquids and even though they're in China I usually get my order in 4 or 5 days.
Finding the right flavor juice is one of the great joys of the early days of your e-cig experience. But, if you find you don't like some of the juice you purchase, you can always sell it in the classifieds section.
