Question: ego/hookah tobacco

Long story short... the other day, I saw that my local liquor store is selling an ego. I checked it out, asked how much he wanted for it ($29.99), and left it at that. Today, my caregiver comes back from the liquor store and says the guy is selling a portable hookah device that looks just like my vaporizer. "The ego, you mean?" I ask. "The one sitting on the counter in the black case?"

He confirms that yes, that's what he's referring to; the guy is saying it's a portable hookah device, and even has boxes of hookah tobacco sitting alongside to sell with it.

Now, before I go down there and set the guy straight, you CAN'T put hookah tobacco in these things, right? I mean, that's what makes sense to me, but I don't want to come across like an idiot if I'm wrong.

I have a few co-workers who are using them. I don't believe they are rechargeable and are also disposable. No they are not using real tobacco and they are not refillable with e-juice. I am sure there are some refillable ones out there.

E Hookah isn't selling Tobacco though....they're selling e-cigarettes, juice/liquid etc. The OP was asking if you can smoke tobacco in an e-cigarette and the answer would be no, as that would defeat the purpose of an e-cigarette .

Wow, that's kinda cool! But that's not what he's selling. He's selling an ego next to actual hookah tobacco... like the kind you use in standard hookahs.

They do sell [moderated] however, most wouldn't use them for tobacco.

Okay, yeah, that's what I thought. I mean, it makes sense that you wouldn't be able to... I can't see how putting tobacco in the tank would do anything except sit there... or maybe smolder a bit if the battery was able to heat it up enough, but even that doesn't really seem possible.

You can't put any tobacco in our PVs the way the are right now. But there are attachments you can get that allow that sort of thing. However from what I've read it's not really "vaping" when you're using one of those since they don't do a good job of heating the tobacco without combustion.
