I created a simple box mod just to see what it would be like to use 2 14500's in parallel.
So, it's nothing special, puts out the expected 4.2 - 3.x volts, etc...
This is from perception since I do not have the equipment to check for anything but voltage levels, but this thing definitely outperforms my silver bullet with an 18650. The vapor is warmer, and more of it.. More satisfying in short.
Why is this? Am I getting a higher drain rate from the 14500's in parallel or something?
This little box lasts literally all day before I notice a performance drop, and even then, when I put a meter on it, it's still usually showing anywhere from 3.77 to 3.9 volts from the combined 14500's....
Atty is Joye 510 and the batts are the common blue trustfire protected 900mah 14500's. I compared against my silver bullet using freshly charged 2600mah and the 3000mah 18650's, trustfire and ultrafire respectively.
Any insights?
