Question on a possible Fried NCP630

I was wondering if there is any way that I can tell if I fried my NCP630 Reg before I throw it away.

how you succeeded this performance .Sorry ..Next try switching regulators

I did that and my mod now works... but wanted to make sure the regulator is burnt... It could have been a connection somewhere..... so I just want to test it if its possible.
