NJOY make 2 different e-cig's. From your description, I'm thinking you have the NPRO. If this is correct, the NPRO is a standard RN4081.

The white cap over the atomizer is for protection during storage and shipping. It's actually a standard cartridge without the inner cup & fiber. Save it. Standard cartridges tend to crack under the heat, and you can insert the fiber from a cracked cartridge and use it.

Atomizers come in different styles. The RN4081 has a low bridge atomizer. You should be able to look into it and see the mesh bridge. Nothing wrong there.

Factory filled carts are unreliable, and some come dried out. You need a bottle of e-liquid. A few drops in the cartridge, and you should be blowing clouds of vapor.

Dry atomizers burn out. At the first sign of reduced vapor, more juice should be added to the cartridge. They have to be kept fairly wet to work properly. I suggest ordering a few extra atomizers. They can be bought for as little as $5.00 each.

More information is on the RN4081 Forum at;
