Question on Nic fluid vg base.

I'm wanting to go DIY for juice sooo
I'm looking at purchasing a 500 ml bottle of 48 mg Flavorless Nicotine Liquid -VG base. Now my plans are to cut this down to 6mg vg base. Would anyone be able to tell me how much 6mg VG base I would have after cutting with straight VG? to help me wrap my head around the calculators available. I mean in my mind im thinking its just as simple as 48/6*500 (4000ml of 6mg) But I think im being a bit special today...

or you could do 48*500=24,000/6=4,000
