Question. Opinions wanted.

Just picked up my first rebuildable. kayfun Light V2. This thing is light years better than my protank 2. Great flavor, hit, vapor. Tons easier to re-wick, re-coil and easy, even for a newbie, to modify and do what I want. However, its certainly choked down by my battery (currently an Aspire CF VV 1600) . Was looking at a hcigar clone "origin" for a mech mod. However, Im now thinking, due to vaping all day away form any outlets, that I probably will build my own regulated box mod. Probably off the updated DNA30(50w I've heard) due to cost and I cant find the S330 or S335. Also open to purchase a regulated box at less than $90. Wondering what everyones opinion is. Thanks folks. Vape on.

If you're willing to spend +$9 more the pioneer4you ipv3 150W mod can be had. If I hadn't just "saved" a bunch of money on a few recent vape buys I'd be all over it.

A simple vamo, zmax or svd would do just fine with a kayfun.
vamo is up to v9 now
svd is supposed to have an svd2
sigelei has a segelei100 100 watt box mod.

e-lvt has an elvt2 higher wattage box mod.

I got my Segelei 100w Friday an it's great! I can vape all day, and I'm a heavy vaper, and still have 50% battery at the end of the day, using 2x 2600mah batteries. Great choice for those of us who can't get to an outlet easily!

Lol. I was looking at building one. Than saw prices online and just about had to change my shorts. Looks like the siglie 100w is where I'll head. Someday I'll build one, cause hey its fun. But right now its cheaper to buy. I didn't realise the box mods actually were inexpensive. At the local shops its $120 or more. Thanks folks.

You are probably thinking of the SX board by Yihi, which is also a great board.

There are DNA clone boards out there that go up to 50w (which is WAY more than you would ever need on a Kayfun btw) but frankly they very hit or miss and if you are going through the trouble of building your own mod it's worth using a real evolv or yihi board

This plus any mech mod fit easily in your jeans pocket. A box mod won't... unless you wear funny looking pants.
