Question please about Reos or similar Mods

Hi
If I get a Reos or similar mod will I have to replace anything other than a carto or atomizer ?

Also why do some folks use a carto over atomisor ?

Is one better than the other for pocket carrying? meaning less leakage

I have a Reo and never had to change a thing really. The bottles get a little worn but other then that they are great.

You don't really need to replace anything than carto or atomizer. Well, if you manage to short it, you'd need to replace the collapsable spring that acts as a safety. I've had one for 3 months, and have not had to do that yet.

Some people prefer cartos because they do not have to be fed as often as atomizers, though they generally produce less flavor. A lot of people also use rebuildable atomizers on Reos.

Edit: forgot to add. Nope, they don't leak. I guess you can overfill the atomizer and make it leak, but it would have to be overfilled by quite a bit. Mine generally bounces around my pocket a lot, and I haven't had a drop of juice come out of it
