Yesterday, I had a battery in a wall-charger that never changed from "red". Thinking maybe my charger went bad, I put it on my USB charger connected to my computer.....same thing....hours later, still "red". I am now using the battery, and it seems to be fully charged...it is working fine, even though the light never chaged from red. So, what can cause this? Do you think the problem is with the battery? If so, are there any suggestions regarding what can be done to fix it? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

This battery was on the wall charger about 12 hours, and was on the USB charger for about 5 hours. There is something wrong.

UPDATE: I used the battery for two hours, and now it is once again dead. So, obviously it wasn't fully charged. So.....do you think it is a connection problem between the battery and charger(s), or do you think my battery is bad?

But it's not turning green or blue or anything, so it keeps delivering power to the battery for 12 hours?

My PCC (and I have the 808D, not the 808E that Nilius took a picture of) never stops blinking, it slows down, but never fully stops. I remember you saying something about the PCC batteries possibly being over rated and/or possibly not 'fully' charging batteries. Was that resolved, or still in the unexplained?

Well the buck boosts are new to me, but with transistors being small, I don't think it would be a very large circuit, would it? It looked like it did have IC chip(s), and a little yellowish box, maybe a resistor bank? I don't know. It really may not be fully charging them. I'm confused because I did not get the 808E model like Nilius did, and I just started vaping near the end of March.

There's been some pretty poor chemistry with some of the newer batteries. I'd take a guess that you have a bad battery that isn't taking a charge to the point where the charger drops off delivering current and turns green/charged.

Thank you, Lynn. I hate to have to return another battery, but this battery is NOT consistent at all. I appreciated your reply.
