Greetings,
I just responded to the shipment tracking post after receiving an email stating that my bless-ed ProVari has shipped:D.

In the meantime I am kind of confused regarding payment. I paid with a credit card at the time of ordering. After completion, I called the free inquiry number to my bank for verification that the amount had been deducted from my checking account. It had. On yesterday, I called again due to a few other purchases and the $179.00 was back in my account:confused:. I wasn't concerned because I figured that perhaps they would deduct the amount after shipping in 3 weeks as stated on the site. After seeing that the order has shipped today, I called again to see if the $179.00 had been re-deducted. As of now it hasn't, so my question is, will they re-deduct, or will I need to resubmit the payment? I don't want to push the panic button if there is a specific way that this works with me just needing to wait. I had a similar experience a year ago with a juice company and after it was all said and done I was double charged for the money owed when I placed my next order, so if the amount need to be re-paid to ProVape I would rather get it paid now and not go through the same nightmare that I did with the juice company.

Thanks

Banking can sometimes be slow.

What happens on our end when you place the order, the charge is authorized. This means the bank will hold the funds so they are available when the actual charge comes though. Typically they hold these funds for a certain period of time waiting for the official paperwork to arrive at the bank. We have seen before where they release the authorization and put the funds back into your account, but if this happens you will need to plan on the funds coming back out once the paperwork goes through. Normally with a credit card all this gets resolved by the time you get the monthly bill but if its a checking account it can bounce around a little. :)
